Custom Homes began business in 2000 and opened our current location in Ballard in the spring of 2001. We are a local, family owned business and are dealers for both Magnolia Homes and Fuqua Homes, among the most respected home builders in their respective fields. Both builders are known for their quality and energy efficiency, as well as for their innovative and appealing Floor Plans. When we started this company we wanted to provide a high quality home, and searched the country for builders that build homes that we could stand behind.
