Magnolia Homes
Magnolia Homes began production of their quality manufactured
homes in the Scottsbluff/Gehring Nebraska area in 1958. Soon
they built an innovative new production facility that allowed
homes to be constructed in one piece. Building the home
together, then separating it for shipment, guarantees the fit of
the home when it is installed on the home site.
This “marriage wall” style of construction is still used
today and elevates Magnolia’s reputation as an industry leader
in product design and dependability.
It takes quality people and materials to produce quality
homes and Magnolia’s products speak for themselves. The
Magnolia management team has well over 300 years of combined
experience, with an average tenure of 20+ years per manager. As
industry trends come and go, the Magnolia team has stayed
together and remained true to our common goal of producing
quality home that we are proud of.
Only the best materials are used at Magnolia Homes with
standard features including Type-M rigid copper water supply
lines, 2 X 6 exterior walls, vinyl thermo pane windows, and
taped, textured and painted interior finish throughout each
home. All lumber orders are #2 or better western white words to
ensure strong, dry, and straight roof, wall and floor
components.
Our modular homes are built to the current IRC code. The IRC
(International Residential Code) is the same construction
guideline required of all on-site builders. It also requires
experienced builders, with skills honed by years of closely
supervised training – so the quality is built-in, not
inspected-in.
